Wash pork belly then pat dry.Poke it with fork both sides then brush it with bbq sauce all over.Set aside for 30 mins.

Then cook in the pre heated oven for 30 mins at 250c.Let it cool then slice it.

Wash choisam then steam fir 7 mins.When done place in a plate together with the bbq pork then pour the remaining sauce all over the choisam.Serve
