Cooking Instructions

Add cocoa powder and cornflour to the half cup of milk and mix it very well so that no lumps are formed.

Now add cocoa powder mixture and sugar to the boiling milk and mix it properly.

Cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool down at room temperature. Keep it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours until chilled.

Serve chilled cold cocoa garnished with chocolate chips.
