Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 250 gmsfresh paneer cubes
  2. 1 tbspghee
  3. 2-3curry leaves
  4. 2green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 cuptomato puree
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat, ghee add curry leaves, green chilli, cardamom powder, black pepper powder, tomato puree and mix well. Cook tomato on medium flame until it leaves oil from ends.

    Add salt, black pepper powder, paneer cubes and give all the ingredients a quick stir.

    Add water to make gravy. Cover the pan and turn the heat to medium and allow the paneer gravy to come to a brisk boil allow it to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

    Once done turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti.
