  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 1/2green capsicum
  3. 1 tspKashmiri mirch
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspgram masala powder
  8. 2 tspbutter
  9. 2 tspgram flour
  10. 2colves
  11. 1green cardamom
  12. 1black cardamom
  13. 2onions chopped
  14. 3 tspgarlic ginger paste
  15. 2green chillies
  16. 1 inchcinnamon
  17. 2tomato chopped
  18. 2 tspcream
  19. as neededCoriander leaves
  20. 1 tspkasuri methi
  21. 2 tspcurd
  22. 1bay leaf
  23. 4 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and butter,now crackle the cumin, bayleaf,cinnamon, green and black cardamom, now add the onions,after golden brown add ginger garlic paste and tomato.

    Now add red chilli powder, Garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Roast the masala till become golden.now add some cream and curd.roast again for 5 minutes.

    Now in a pan roast the gram flour.marinate the paneer for 10 min.cut the big size onions and capsicum transfer them in gravy.roast the paneer for 5 minutes

    Now put all the paneer in the gravy.if you want then you can add raw paneer in gravy.garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi.enjoy the restyle paneer handi at ur home.
