Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2 tbspragi flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupwater
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 2 tbspsprouts
  5. 1 tspginger grated
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 1 tsppepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 1/2 cup of water in a sauce pan add pinch of salt, ragi flour mix well, make sure there are no lumps, to this add sprouts and grated ginger, give it a good mix

    Let it boil on medium flame, keep stirring. until it gets little thicker and starts boiling. boil for another 3-4 minutes.turn off the flame.add lemon juice, crushed pepper and it's done garnish with some grated ginger, fresh sprouts and serve your powerful ragi soup.
