Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. as per needed Water
  4. For filling-
  5. 3finely chopped garlic cloves
  6. 1 inchchopped ginger
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 1/4 cupChopped cabbage
  9. 1Chopped carrots
  10. 1/4Chopped capsicum
  11. 5Chopped beans
  12. 1 tbspTomato sauce
  13. as per taste Salt
  14. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  15. 1 tbspvinegar
  16. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  17. 1 tbspOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl combine flour and salt. Add water slowly slowly and knead a soft.(normal chapati dough)

    Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Knead the dough for couple of minutes.

    Divide dough into 6 to 8 small equal parts.

    Start rolling the dough into a flat bread. Roll all five like Indian bread.

    Futher take one chapati apply gorgeous amount oil and sprinkle flour then place second chapati on it, and same process apply upon all chapati.

    Now roll it in thin circle.

    Now heat tawa and put the roled wrappers on it and roast it lightly from both sides. Don't over roast.

    Now put on plate and separate all wrappers.

    For filling

    Firstly, in a large wok, heat  oil. saute clove garlic,onion.

    Now add  carrot, cabbage, beans,  capsicum.

    Stir fry without losing the crunchiness of vegetables.

    Further, add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder and salt.

    Mix well making sure everything is well combined. stuffing is ready.

    Fry spring roll

    Firstly, take a prepared wrapper and place a tbsp of prepared veg stuffing.

    Rub a tsp of flour paste around the edge. maida helps to seal the roll.

    Now roll and fold the sides making sure the roll is sealed tight.

    Deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on low,stir occasionally, until the roll turns golden brown and crisp. drain off removing excess oil.

    Finally, enjoy veg spring roll with sauce.
