Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuprentio river dal
  2. 1/4Chana Dal
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 6black pepper
  5. 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/2Cumin
  7. 2chopped green chilli
  8. 1/2 inchcinnamon stick
  9. 2tsp crushed ginger garlic
  10. 1chopped onion
  11. 2 pinchhing
  12. 2chopped tomato
  13. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  14. 1/2turmeric powder
  15. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  16. 2tsp water
  17. 2 tsp dry methi
  18. as per tasteSalt
  19. 1dry chlli
  20. 1 tbsp tod garam masala
  21. as required Chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take both dals wash it and process cook it. Cook well keep and aside. Take a pan heat oil.

    Add black pepper mustard sheet cumin and green chillies Saute once and add
    cinnamon stick and ginger garlic mix well and Saute in medium flame add methi mix well cook it 2 minutes
    Add salt
    add dry red chilli
    Mix well and add Garam Masala and water as require

    Cook as per require. Add methi coriander leaves and serve with Roti, paratha or rice.a1

    Add onions
    saute it again add hing
    let it be light golden
    Add tomatoes
    Saute it
    When cooked completely
    Add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder add water mix wall and salute salute in medium flame
