Ingredients

2medium size cucumber finely chopped
1/2 cup soaked moong dal (soaked for 3 to 4 hours)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs finely chopped coriander
1 tbs fresh grated coconut (optional)

Steps

Take finely chopped cucumber, soaked moong dal in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, black pepper,sugar, lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Healthy salad is ready to serve.
