Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmoong dal washed and shocked
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. As neededSome Coriander leaves
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspgreen chili
  7. 1/2 tspred chili pawder
  8. 1/4 tsptarmaric pawder
  9. 1/2 tspamchor pawder
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 4 tsprice flour
  12. As required Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take mixer jar add dal salt ginger garlic green chili grind well

  2. 2

    Add onion coriander leaves cumin seeds tarmaric pawder red chili pawder mix and add rice flour mix

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil heat fry pakoray

  4. 4

    Take a serving dish and arrange pakoray and serve with tomato sauce
