  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cupmatar
  3. 2onions
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspkasoori methi
  7. 3cloves,
  8. 1 inch cinnamon
  9. 1 tbspbesan
  10. 2 tspchilli powder
  11. 2 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadai. Add oil n add sliced onions n saute till soft. Then add tomatoes n fry till mushy. Keep aside till its cool. Grind the mixture to paste. Soft the paneer with hot water.

    Take 2tsp oil in a kadai. Add jeera saute.add ginger garlic paste. Saute then add besan and fry for some time. Add the grounded paste and add water. Add peas cook for some time. Cut the paneer into cubes and add to the kadai. Add garam masala. Cook for few minutes. Add crushed kasoori methi n mix well. Cook for few min then remove from flame. Add coriander leaves and serve..
