Mango the king of fruits always favourite of kids . In our childhood on weekend when mummy was make mango shake & called us (apna apna glass pakro & aaram se pena gerana nahi ) we were so excited about the shake . Think if we got one chance then recreate some new ideas , but we didn't got any chance. Now I tried to do some exciting changes .

Ingredients

45 minutes
  1. 1/2 literfull fat milk
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 tea spoonElaichi powder
  4. 2 table spooncornflour
  5. 1 cupchopped mango
  6. 2 table spoonanar ke seeds
  7. 6 cashwenut
  8. 6 kismis or any other dry fruits

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add milk for boil. In a grinder jar add sugar elaichi powder & cornflour & make dry powder. This powder mix into boiled milk.

    Stir continues milk till thick. Now make puree of the mangoes. After proper thickness of milk off the flame. Keep it for room temperature.

    Now add the puree in milk.mix it very well. Take a strainer & strain the mango milk in a bowl. For doing this mango fiber remove.

    Freeze it for 1 hour. Now we prepare the next magic. Take four pieces of white bread cut the edges. In the middle of bread we arrange some anar seeds & some chopped dry fruits.

    Roll it like bread roll. With tight hand so they take shape. Now mango puree poure on them slowly. The dessert is ready. We can freeze it for some more time. Delicious & magical dessert is ready.

    We can garnish it more anar seeds & dry fruits. kids like it & enjoy it very much. My 5 years old grandson asked me nani (thanda vala roll banao)

    So this method kids easily eat fruits. We can use different fruits & more quantity.
