Low Sugar Chia Berry Graham Float - a quick Trifle dessert
Excuse the uneven layers please 😅 Nevertheless, this is a quick-to-prepare, delicious and nutritious dessert, sans the Condensed Milk to lower the sugar content. 😊
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chia- mix chia seeds into just enough milk so the chia can absorb it. Set aside in the fridge until gelatinous.
- 2
Prepare the Cream- mix stevia or your choice of sugar substitute with the cream until you're satisfied with the sweetness level. Set aside.
- 3
Lay cookies/crackers on the bottom of your container. I used Fita, similar to Marie biscuits in taste. You can use Graham cookies also.
- 4
Add the prepared cream on top of the cookie layer.
- 5
Add graham powder on top of the cream layer. As much as you want.
- 6
Add the prepared Chia on top of the graham layer.
- 7
Add another layer of cream. I made mine thin, but you can add more.
- 8
Sprinkle some graham powder on top.
- 9
Lastly, add the mixed berries. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.

Mango Float Mango Float
Follow me in Youtube: Albee Charis PonioMango float is a popular filipino no bake dessert. Even in our small gatherings or celebrations, this is probably the most requested dish and a crowd favorite by my family and friends. It is made by an alternating layers of cream, mangoes and grahams.I would not recommend placing the finished product in the freezer as it will freeze and ice the cream. When you thaw it, the ice crystals in the cream will start to melt. The cream and grahams will be soggy. It is better to just put it in the fridge or chiller. Albee Charis Ponio -
Mango Creme Float Mango Creme Float
This dessert was made by my sister-in-law for the family during the holidays. It was made using ingredients she could easily pull from local convenience stores as well. While she originally wanted to use Graham Crackers, she went on to use chocolate flavored crackers as a substitute since the convenience store ran out of Grahams. jeancgv -

Vegan Chia Kheer (Indian Pudding Dessert) Vegan Chia Kheer (Indian Pudding Dessert)
Kheer is my favorite Indian dessert, but I wanted to make it so that people with lactose intolerance or vegans could also enjoy it.I don't think they sell coconut milk in cartons in Japan, so substitute with soy milk, if necessary. If you worry about your blood sugar levels, you can omit the raisins. Use liquid sweetener, since it is less likely to raise your blood sugar levels. If you're not worried about them, I recommend using maple syrup. Recipe by Maxerbear cookpad.japan -

English Dessert: Blackberry Fool English Dessert: Blackberry Fool
I used some berries that I picked to make a fool that suits my taste. The basic fool is a mixture of whipped cream and puréed fruit. Mascarpone, cream cheese, or custard may be added sometimes. It has many different variations.Step 6: It looks pretty if you stop mixing at a point where it still has a marble pattern instead of being combined all the way.Remove blackberry seeds by straining them to make them smooth. Use plenty of the fruit sauce.Use 2/3 of the sauce or all of the sauce, depending on how sweet and fruity you want your fool to be. The leftovers can be stored in a freezer.Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, or the kind of fruit you're using. Recipe by KT121 cookpad.japan
