Excuse the uneven layers please 😅 Nevertheless, this is a quick-to-prepare, delicious and nutritious dessert, sans the Condensed Milk to lower the sugar content. 😊

Ingredients

  1. Chia seeds
  2. Low fat Milk or regular
  3. Low fat Cream or regular all-purpose
  4. Mixed berries
  5. Graham (in powder form)
  6. 2-3Stevia packets or your choice of sugar replacement
  7. Other cookie or cracker type

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the Chia- mix chia seeds into just enough milk so the chia can absorb it. Set aside in the fridge until gelatinous.

  2. 2

Prepare the Cream- mix stevia or your choice of sugar substitute with the cream until you're satisfied with the sweetness level. Set aside.

  3. 3

Lay cookies/crackers on the bottom of your container. I used Fita, similar to Marie biscuits in taste. You can use Graham cookies also.

  4. 4

Add the prepared cream on top of the cookie layer.

  5. 5

Add graham powder on top of the cream layer. As much as you want.

  6. 6

Add the prepared Chia on top of the graham layer.

  7. 7

Add another layer of cream. I made mine thin, but you can add more.

  8. 8

Sprinkle some graham powder on top.

  9. 9

Lastly, add the mixed berries. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
