Ingredients

2/3 servings
  1. 1medium size cucumber thinly sliced
  2. 1small carrot thinly sliced
  3. 1small tomato thinly sliced
  4. 1/2onion thinly sliced
  5. 1.5 Tbspsugar
  6. 1/2 tsp or 3/4 tsp salt (as prefer)
  7. 1/8 tsp or 2 pinch of black pepper powder (as prefer)
  8. 4-6 Tbspwhite vinegar (as prefer)
  9. 1-2 tspchopped Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mix all Vegetables, thinly sliced. Then add 1.5 Tbsp Sugar, white Vinegar, Salt and mix well.

    Add chopped Coriander leaves, Black Pepper powder and mix well.
    Toss gently to combine well.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve.
