Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsprawn
  2. 8 tablespoonsmustard seeds grind in mixer grinder with salt
  3. 6Green chillies
  4. 100 mlmustard oil
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tspJeere powder
  7. As per tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 cupwarm water
  9. 1 tspred chili powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the prawn properly. Marinate it with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt &1 tsp oil.

    Heat oil in pan/ Kadai & shallow fry prawn. Keep aside.

    Then add mustard paste, jeera powder, salt, chill powder & some water. Fry it very well. again add some water & fry it well. Then add warm water & prawn. cook it for 10 minutes on a low flame. When gravy turns thick prawn is ready to Serve.
