  • Pork chops (I like bone in)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grain mustard
  • Dry white wine
  • Chicken broth
  • Halfand half
  • Mustard powder
  • Butter

    I season and cook my pork chops

  2. 2

    All all other ingredients to pot and simmer. I don’t use exact measurements but I get the consistency of the sauce I am looking for. Personally I like a thicker sauce.
