I was going to make burgers with buns for dinner last night until the hubs told me he was not feeling the buns because his weeklong work function served sandwiches at lunch every day.So we went with a burger salad, incorporating four different recipes from Cookpad, all of which are pretty easy and don't take that much time. (See Method section for urls for each recipe.)I didn't give exact measurements because it's one of those assembly deals where you can put as much or as little of a thing as you like for your salad.That was one tasty low-starch way to enjoy a burger. This is my basic classic salad, thats cheap , easy to make and last for a few days, and goes with any meal or can be a meal all on its own. My kids like to add chicken nuggets if we have them , easy to add chicken to or go vegetarian. This is one of my favorite salads ,good for any season of the year. Pizza and pasta goes well with this, I personally like it all on its own for dinner. This makes a lot . Enjoy 😉
