Ingredients

  1. 250 gdates (seedless)
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped walnuts to it and roast for a minute.

    Add dates to it and mix well. Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes till the dates soften.

    Turn off the flame. Apply ghee on your palms and take out a portion of the dates walnut mixture. Roll into cylindrical using both your palms.

    Likewise prepare cylindrical rolls from the remaining mixture.

  5. 5

    Cut into desired pieces and store in a container.
