Ingredients

  1. 6 pcschampignon mushrooms (Chopped)
  2. 1medium carrot (cubed)
  3. 5garlic (mince)
  4. 3shallots (mince)
  5. 4 cmginger (sliced)
  6. 2 cupscooked rice
  7. 3 cupswater
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. 1 tspmushroom powder/bouillon
  11. 1 tbspsesame oil
  12. Spring onion
  13. Chili oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot put the rice and water, let it boil. Once it boil, add Carrot and ginger. Cook on medium heat.

  2. 2

    While the rice cook, saute the garlic and Shallots on the other pan. Once its fragrance add mushrooms, salt, pepper and mushroom powder.

  3. 3

    Once the mushroom cooked, transfer to the pot, add sesame oil and cook until the rice breaking and smooth. Add more water if you want it to be smoother (about 1/2 cup at a time)

    Put in a bowl and serve it with spring onion and chili oil!
