Both my husband and I get heartburn if we eat raw onions so I microwaved the onions and made them into a salad.Microwave the onion to your desired degree of doneness. If you don't get heartburn from raw onions, try this without cooking the onion. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and soy sauce to your taste. I recommend using a ton of bonito flakes on this! Since I use a low-calorie, health-conscious mayonnaise, it doesn't melt when heated like regular mayonnaise, so I add it last. With such tasty flavoring, you'll be able to eat a lot of konnyaku. For those who don't like spice, omit the red chili pepper. The bold flavor makes it a good dish for a snack or as a bento item. Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise Meat-Wrapped Tofu With Oyster Sauce and Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when I was trying to make a substantial and filling dish using cheap thinly cut pork. When you wrap the meat around the filling, it's ok if the filling peeks out a bit.The cheese will melt out a little, but it will get nice and crispy, which is delicious in and of itself. The oyster sauce-mayonnaise combination burns easily, so make sure to lower the heat before you coat the meat rolls in it. For 8 pieces. Recipe by emakatu cookpad.japan -

User "mybinue's" chili dip was very tasty, so I tried using it in a bagel sandwich. It will be tastier if you use sweet onions. User "umemikki" said that it's nice with normal onions if you fry them first. This time I used non-oil tuna. If you are using tuna packed in oil, make sure you drain it well. One night, when I was serving spring rolls and wanted one more Chinese-style dish, the komatsuna and king oyster mushrooms caught my eye. All I needed after that was some oyster sauce to give it a Chinese flair.I love the combination of oyster sauce and mayonnaise, so I tried it out with these vegetables.Adjust the amount of mayonnaise and oyster sauce depending on the size and amount of mushrooms and komatsuna. The vegetables tend to burn easily after adding the oyster sauce, so I recommend turning off the heat before adding it. For 2 servings. Recipe by Nyankochansan cookpad.japan -

Thrifty Mock Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce (with Okara) Thrifty Mock Shrimp in Mayonnaise Sauce (with Okara)
I wanted to make a side dish with okara dumplings. Since my family didn't realize they were okara, I decided to post this recipe here.Make your dumplings into a donut-shape so that they resemble peeled shrimp. Since the hole shrinks when they are cooked, make it slightly larger. Adjust the amount of milk according to the consistency of the mixture. You can also use 150 g tofu (no need to drain) instead of milk. The dumplings will become hard when they are cold, so please enjoy them freshly cooked. Recipe by Yunyatomomo cookpad.japan -
