Cooking Instructions

First we mix Semolina, sugar& oil very well.

Then add coconut,milk powder,Milk & vanilla essence.Mix it very well.

Make sugar syrup with water,sugar & kewra water.keep aside & let it cool.

Grease a microwave bowl with oil & sprinkle some semolina. Pour the mixture on it. Garnish with Almond.Bake it in microwave oven 180 degree in convection mode for 25 /30 minutes.

After 25 minutes,when Basbousa is ready, pour cold sugar syrup on it.Cut it & serve it.
