Cooking Instructions

Pulse the almonds in the food processor or mixie for about 15 seconds till coarsely ground. Add in the oats and pulse with the almonds for about 10 seconds till coarsely ground. Remove into a plate.

Pulse the dates for 10-15 seconds. Add in the oats/almonds mixture and pulse again just to combine all together. Add the peanut butter and combine again.

Check if the mixture is ready to make balls with. Otherwise pulse a little more or if too dry then add a little coconut oil & pulse again.

Make 12 balls. Roll in chocolate chips or coconut flakes optionally.
