Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 cupred pumpkin, peeled, diced,
  2. 1 inchginger chopped,
  3. 2tomato cut into 4,
  4. 1/2 cupmatar dana,
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder,
  7. 1 tspolive oil,
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder,

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all the veggies separately, keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add pumpkin pcs & matar dana,saute it for 5 minutes.

    Turn off the flame, transfer it into a pressure cooker. All the other veggies, salt & pepper.

    In goes 3 cup water or vegetable stick. Place the lid, give 4 whistles on high flame.

    Lower the flame now, cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.

    Open the lid, take out in a bowl, cool it down.

  7. 7

    Transfer it into a blender jar, blend it till smooth. Strain it into a bowl. Keep aside.

    Take a pan, add soup, now add red chilli powder, mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.

    Take out in a serving bowl, sprinkle some black pepper powder.
