Ingredients

  1. 200Gm. Paneer
  2. 4 Tsp.Mixed melon seeds
  3. 1 Tsp.Poppy seeds
  4. 2 Tsp.Raisin
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 50gm. White oil
  8. 1 tsp.Coriander powder
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbs.Chopped Coriander leaves
  11. as required Whole garam masala - 1 green cardamom,1 inch cinnamon
  12. 2 Tsp Sugar
  13. 2 Tbsp Butter
  14. 1 Tsp.Garam masala powder
  15. 1/2 cupmilk
  16. 2 tbsp Fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the Paneer in squre shape. Heat oil in kadai & shallow fry the Paneer.Then put it in warm water.Keep aside.

    In mixer grinder, grind mixed melon seeds, raisin, poppy seeds,ginger, tomato & green chillies. Make smooth paste. Keep aside. Then in kadai, add whole garam masala,then add grinded masala, coriander powder& salt. Fry it well.

    Then add A little water & again fry it well.When oil comes out from masala, add milk & Paneer with warm water.Cook it for 5 minutes in medium to low flame.Then add coriander leaves, sugar & garam masala powder.Cook it for 1 minutes. Then add butter & fresh cream. Rest it for 10 minutes. Then Paneer butter masala is ready to be serve.
