Steps

Cut the medium size cubes of paneer and set aside.

Heat butter in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole & Some spices (2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chilli whole) and satue till fragrent.

Then add ginger paste and salt & sugar and add all the masala and mix.

Add tomato and satue then add yogurt and stir.

Add cashew paste and add paneer and mix it.

Cover and cook 3-4 min and then add fresh cream.
- 7
Garnishing with chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot.
