Collect all ingredients.

Heat a kadhai add ghee. Add cashews, onions. Mix it. Then add red chili and mix well for a minute.

Then add tomatoes. Mix everything well. Saute for a while. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes tomatoes are soft enough. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Put it in blending jar and blend it properly. Paste is ready. Keep aside.

On the other side heat a kadhai add ghee then add butter and let it melt. Add Cardamom, garam masala, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and mix everything well for a minute. Then add paste and mix well. Add some water stir well on medium flame. Add cream and stir well thick. Then add salt and mix well. Add paneer and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Paneer Butter Masala is ready now.

Turn into a bowl and add some butter on the top.

Serve hot and enjoy with Chapati, Rice, Naan, Pulao, Puri etc......
