Soybean flour ladoos are very nutritious. Soybean ladoo is very useful for protein.It will provide energy all day long.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First take1 cup soybean flour and 1 cup wheat flour then heat the pan add some ghee.
- 2
Then add1 cup soybean flour then add1 cup wheat flour then fry till they turn brown and emit a good small do not keep high flame else the flour will get burned stir flour continuously on medium flame. We are using desi ghee which always used to make ladoos. Then turn off gas.

Allow the fried flour to cool down. After cool down the flour Then add chopped almonds cashew nuts and 12 pistachoies.Mix well. Then add sugar powder. Mix well.

Then add 1 tsp cardamom powder. Then take some portion of mixture in the hand and make ladoos.And transfer to a serving plate.

And ladoo serve in a serving plate decorate with chopped dry fruit and almond serve it.Enjoy!!!
