Ingredients

  1. 100 gmalmond
  2. 100 gmpistachio
  3. 100 gmwalnut
  4. 100 gmkaju (cashew)
  5. 100 gmdry dates
  6. 100 gmraisin
  7. 2-3 tablespoonpure ghee
  8. 250 gmdates
  9. 1/2 tspPoppy seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly remove seeds from dates and crush them in mixer

  2. 2

    Take a heavy bottom pan add 1tablespoon ghee and saute dates till gives aroma

  3. 3

    Take each dry fruit separately and saute them in little ghee

  4. 4

    Once it gets cooled crush all the dry fruits except poppy seeds

  5. 5

    Mix the crushed dry fruits in dates pan with poppy seeds and mix them

  6. 6

    Now when warm give them shape of ladoos

  7. 7

    Your healthy no sugar ladoos are ready for your kids
