Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 3-4 tspoil
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. as required Water to knead

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour with salt,oil and add water as needed to knead the dough. The dough should not be too soft or hard. Keep aside for 10 minutes

    Take a small portion from dough,roll it into ball and press it with palm and roll it circle with rolling pan.

    Heat a pan add paratha and roast it on one side on low flame and then flip it on other side and apply oil on other side and roast it on other side and then again roast it from both side till golden brown. Your paratha is ready. Prepare all paratha in same process.

    Serve hot paratha with sabji.

    For baingan bhartha
    Take a big size of baingan apply oil on it and roast on a gas stove flipping occasionally until it cooked from inside and burnt nicely.

    Cool it and remove it skin and mash it with masher and keep it aside.

    Take pan add oil add chopped onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for sometime when oil seprates from the side add all masala and mix it properly and then add mashed brinjal and mix it properly and cook until all masalas are combined properly. Add garam masala and mix it well Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with garam paratha
