Pickled Cluster Beans

We all love having pickles with our meals, but sometimes because of some health restrictions not all of us can have it as much as we want to. So, here I have a perfect recipe which can be relished by everyone without any guilt. It is a very simple recipe which can be prepared by anyone. It is a perfect recipe for people who wants to avoid normal pickles but still want to have something on the side while having a meal.
When we were small my mother used to make different pickles and this was one of them. I had forgotten about it but when she was here recently, it came to my mind and we prepared it again. We used to eat as it is whenever we felt like eating. It is a very healthy and delicious pickle. My mother even makes the same pickle using fresh green beans and that also tastes delicious and we used to have it as a snack too!!!
What you learn from your mother is priceless and you cherish the memories for the rest of your life!
