  1. 1cucumbers, diced into halved
  2. 1/2tomato,cut into sliced
  3. 1/2 cupchikpeas (boiled)
  4. 1onion cut into sliced
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  6. as per requiredSalt
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper pwd
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1/2 cupfresh cream
  10. 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer

    Take a bowl.Place the diced Halvedcucumbers, the cherry tomatoes, the boiled chickpeas.

    Now add sliced onion,crumbled cheese,chopped corainder leaves.

    Now add black pepper pwd,chilli flakes,salt.Than add fresh cream and gently toss together to combine.

    Spoon the salad out onto a serving platter or into a salad bowl, and sprinkle over top with chilli flakes,black pepper pwd,mix herbs and serve.
