Ingredients

2 to 4 people
  1. For Masala paneer
  2. 1 litrefull fat milk
  3. 1 spoonVinegar
  4. 1 tablespoonRed Chilli
  5. Handfulcoriander leaves
  6. Halfteaspoon of Black pepper
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. For Salad
  9. 1cucumber cut into pieces
  10. 1carrot cut into pieces
  11. 1tomatoes cut into pieces
  12. as per needSmall piece of cabbage finely chopped
  13. as requiredSmall piece of purple cabbage finely chopped
  14. as neededSmall pieces of iceberg lettuce
  15. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  16. 1red chilli flakes
  17. 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  18. as per tasteSalt
  19. as per taste Little chat masala

Cooking Instructions

    For Paneer.. take a pan add milk and boil.

    When it starts boiling add red chilli flakes, half of coriander leaves, black peper powder and mix well.

    Add vinegar drop by drop and milk will curdle in few minutes. Strain the paneer in muslin cloth and wash it with cold water so that taste of vinegar goes away.

    Keep it under heavy weight for one hour so that excess water is drained out and we get a block of paneer.

    Now take a bowl. Add all the ingredients of salad.

    Cut paneer into cubes.

    Add paneer into it and mix gently.

  8. 8

    Your nutritious and Healthy salad is ready to be served.
