Ingredients

  1. 2Diced English Cucumbers
  2. 1/2 CupPomegranate pearls
  3. 50 GramsFeta Cheese(crumbled)
  4. 2 teaspoonLemon Juice
  5. 1 tablespoonOlive Oil
  6. Microgreens handful (optional)
  7. to tasteSalt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, add cucumber and pomegranate, give a gentle toss to mix.

  2. 2

    Add in the feta crumbles, mix again.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, mix till incorporated.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a bowl, garnish with some micro-greens and serve.
