Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspLeft Over Aachhar(pickle)
  2. 1/4 CupLeft Over Aachhar Oil(Pikle)
  3. 2 cupsMaida
  4. 1/2 CupBesan
  5. 1/2 CupRava
  6. 1 tspCarom seeds
  7. 1 tbsplemon Juice
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. As RequiredTea to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take all 3flour in a paraat. Add aachhar masala carom seeds aachhar oil salt and lemon juice. Mix it well. Now add water and knead a puri type dough. Leave it for 10min.

    Heat oil in pan. Now roll puri and cut small round with small round cutter. And prik.Fry on mid. Slow flame.
    Aachhari Rings are ready.

    Tasty Aachhari rings are ready to serve.
    Serve with
    store in an airtight container and enjoy.
