Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsroasted suji
  2. 1.5 cupcurd
  3. 1medium onion finely chopped
  4. 1medium tomato finely chopped
  5. 1small capsicum finely chopped
  6. 1small carrot finely chopped
  7. 1green chilli chopped
  8. 1/4 bowlfrozen peas
  9. as per your taste Salt
  10. 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1 tsp eno fruit salt (optional)
  12. as required Oil for brushing
  13. as required Water
  14. For tadka
  15. 2strings fresh curry leaves
  16. 1 tspmustard seeds
  17. 1/2 tspasafoedita
  18. 1 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add suji and curd lil salt mix with enough water with no lumps. Keep aside for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours mix it again snd check the consistency(it should neither thick nor slurry). Mix all the veggies and salt.

    Heat the tadka pan add oil put asafoedita, mustard seeds and curry leaves mix that tadka into the appam batter.

    Preheat the appam pan brush with lil oil add eno to the appam batter mix it quickly. Now pour the small amount of that bettr into the apam pan cover it and cook well on medium high heat for 5-7 mins. Till golden brown color

    Check the cooking consistency again with toothpick if they cooked well on one side immediate turn them to another sides cook it again for 5-7 mins or till golden brown colour.

    Now switch off the gas and serve hot with coconut country taste is yummy
