Cucumber Cooler is a refreshing summer drink that has the goodness of cucumbers and fresh mint leaves. Sugar is added to the cooler to make it sweet and lime juice and salt add a little twist of tangy and salty taste to it.
This drink comes together in under 10 minutes which means no spending time in the kitchen in the scorching heat. You can also add other fruits like orange, kiwi, or strawberry along with cucumber to make a new version.here I have used strawberry and strawberry ice cubes that taste is yummy.

Cooking Instructions

Wash the cucumber and chop into small pieces.

In a blender, add cucumber pieces, mint, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add ¼ cup water and grind.

Filter the juice extract.

Take a glass. Add strawberry ice cubes, juice extract and mix well. Add cucumber peels,strawberry slice and pour chilled.Serve immediately.

I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden.
