Put milk, yeast, sugar and salt in the mix bowl. Then ad bread flour. Mix it for 5 minutes add butter, continue mix until smooth and windowpanes. Wrap and chill for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, bring to work on the surface. Start with rolling in 20x40 cm. Place the butter fold in the middle fold the pastry both sides to meet each other in the middle. Roll it out in 20x50, 4 fold. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Roll the puff pastry into 20x70 cm. Cut both ends. And fold the ends towards the middle. Fold again, both sides meet each other at the middle. Then fold in two, chill for 30 minutes. After that cut into 1 cm, place them on the baking mat. Open them in V shape.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius. Bake for 10 minutes and change into 170 degrees celsius for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
