We all love spicy food during monsoon. So let's have some hot and spicy paneer chilli noodles in this rainy evening.
Cooking Instructions

For noodles, boil noodles in water, drain off and mix oil, keep aside.

For paneer chilli, marinate paneer pieces with cornflour, maida and chilli powder for 10 minutes.

Fry marinated paneer pieces in a pan using 2 tbsp oil till golden brown.

Heat remaining 2 tbsp oil in a wok, put chopped garlic and slit green chillies.

Add capsicum and onion, fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Mix all sauces together and add in fried vegetables.
- 7
Now add fried paneer pieces and cook till it becomes dry.

Heat oil in a skillet, put finely chopped garlic and fry for a minute.

Add chopped vegetables and fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Now add cooked paneer chilli and mix well.

Add boiled noodles, Soy sauce and tomato sauce, mix well.

Fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes and it's ready.

Enjoy hot paneer chilli noodles in this rainy evening.
