  1. 6boiled potatoes
  2. 2green chilli chopped
  3. 2 spoonsoil
  4. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. As Requiredbutter
  7. As Per TasteSalt
  8. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 spoonamchur powder
  10. 1 pinchgaram masala
  11. As required Bread slice

    Take a Kadai on gas add oil becomes hot add cumin seeds and hing when this tempering then adds potatoes salt and all spices.

    Mix well and pour onto a plate.

    Take bread slice spread potato mixture in slice and cover with the second slice.

  4. 4

    Spread butter on top and down the side of the bread slice when both sides look golden brown.

  5. 5

    Your aloo toast is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
