Cooking Instructions

Dry roast sesame seeds on low flame. Let it cool.

In a mixer, jar adds sesame seeds, garlic, salt, basil leaves, and water and blend.

Add oil, one spoon at a time, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Your creamy tahini sauce is ready to serve. Serve it with salad or use it for making hummus.
