Cooking Instructions

Marinate the seer fish cubes with salt, crushed pepper, and 1 tsp of turmeric powder and set aside for 15 Minutes.

Just crush ginger, garlic, curry leaf, green chilies, and shallots.

Grill the marinated seer fish cubes in a nonstick pan with little coconut oil, and remove the seer fish cubes when it's half done.

Put the remaining coconut oil in the same pan and temper the fenugreek, mustard seeds, and fennel seeds.

Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder and add crushed ingredients, sorte well

Add grilled seer fish cubes to it and mix well.

Add coconut milk and mix well.

Add yogurt and 2 pieces of dised tomato and cook on slow flame for two minutes.

The sauce will be thick in foam, remove it and Serve hot with boiled rice or roti.
