Ingredients

  1. 250 gboiled and mashed yam
  2. 1/2 cupboiled and squeezed soya granules
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder(because the yam is a bit sweet)
  5. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. Oil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and mash the yam. Boil the soya granules in a boiling water and then cold water and squeeze it.

    Now in the mashed yam., add all the spices, soya granules and mix well

  3. 3

    Mix to form a tikki like mixture not to hard and not too soft.

  4. 4

    Make small tikki and shallow fry on low flame. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
