Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Wraps Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Wraps
I chose this as an appetizer at a Thai restaurant, and it was delicious. So I tried making something similar using ingredients that were easy to get a hold of.It's so easy, but it looks quite elegant, so it's great to serve to guests!!I made a Thousand Island dressing as the sauce, but you could use a sesame dressing or a sweet chili sauce instead ´ `Don't be too generous with the filling, or the wraps will fall apart!!When serving, just arrange the cut pieces so the seams are leaning against each other!! hehe. Crabstick Cabbage Wraps Crabstick Cabbage Wraps
When I was organizing my bookshelf, I found a cut-out from a magazine of this recipe. That recipe had carrots and daikon radish wrapped in boiled cabbage, but I came up with the tasty idea of wrapping crab sticks. When I tried it out, it was so easy to make and tasted good, so I posted the recipe here. The process in Step 2 should go smoothly as long as you shave down the stalk in Step 1. Be sure to let the cabbage cool down before wrapping in Step 2. (Don't burn yourself.) Recipe by Aohato cookpad.japan -
