This chicken wraps recipe is a well balance of lemongrass and seasoning sauce perfect for summer weather for lunch or dinner you can pair with a glass of red wine or white wine.

Prep: garlic, shallot, Fresno chili, lemongrass and 1 small piece of vermicelli noodle for frying

Mince 1/2 chicken breast (boneless skinless)

Stir fry sauce ingredients: 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp warm water, a dash msg (optional) mix well

In a skillet: add about two cups cooking oil heat to 350 degrees for frying vermicelli.

In a skillet: add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil add garlic, shallot, lemongrass to infuse until fragrant

Add chicken cook until nice and done, add Fresno chili, stir fry sauce.

Add green onion give it a toss taste and adjust.

Plate: with crispy noodle, slice cucumber garnish serve and enjoy.
