  1. 2ripe mangoes
  2. 2 table spoonsugar
  3. 4 table spoonfull cream milk
  4. 2 cupsfresh Curd
  5. 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 5 stripssaffron
  7. Nuts
  8. cubesIce

    Take well ripe mangoes, clean and remove the skin,cut small pieces.

    Keep ready saffron and sugar, curd,milk, cardamom powder to make lassi.

    Take a blender jar add mango pieces,milk and sugar. Blend well and make puree.

    Then add curd, cardamom powder, saffron blend for few seconds to get smooth mixture.

    Pour prepared mango lassi into serving glass, garnish with nuts and saffron.

    Serve delicious, chilled mango lassi on summer days. You can add ice cubes if you wish.

    Enjoy super delicious mango lassi.
