Ingredients

  1. 1.5-2 lbssirloin steak thinly sliced
  2. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  3. 1-2 teaspoonscilantro lime seasoning
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1lg red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  6. 1lg green bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  7. 1med white onion sliced into half moons
  8. 1 canmild rotel or diced tomatoes drained
  9. 2 teaspoonsgarlic minced
  10. 2 tablespoonslime juice
  11. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  12. 1fajita seasoning packet. I used Watkins Fajita Seasoning Mix
  13. Soft tortillas I use low carb
  14. Sour cream or ranch dressing
  15. Mexican blend shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Season the steak with garlic powder, cilantro lime seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt

  2. 2

    Add Steak to the slow cooker and mix in rotel, bell peppers, onion, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, minced garlic and fajita seasoning. Mix up and cover for about 4 hours on high

  3. 3

    When ready to serve put some of the mixture in a tortilla and top with a little sour cream or ranch and a sprinkle of cheese and fold up and enjoy.
