Grilled Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

  1. 16 ouncesteak, cut into small bite size strips
  2. 2yellow, red, or orange bell peppers. Sliced into strips
  3. 1/2of an onion. Sliced into strips
  4. 1 cupsliced white button mushrooms
  5. 3 clovesgarlic, chopped finely
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil
  7. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  8. 2 tablespoonspepper flakes
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. Warmed tortillas
  11. Sour cream
  12. Guacemole
  13. Shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the beef with olive oil, salt, pepper flakes, and garlic for 2 hours.

    Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir and mix together. Marinate for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Cook on a grill or oven on medium heat for 20 minutes or until char marks begin to appear.

    Wrap in tortillas garnished with sour cream, cheese, and guac as desired.
