Ingredients

  • 16 ouncesteak, cut into small bite size strips
  • 2yellow, red, or orange bell peppers. Sliced into strips
  • 1/2of an onion. Sliced into strips
  • 1 cupsliced white button mushrooms
  • 3 clovesgarlic, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonspepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • Warmed tortillas
  • Sour cream
  • Guacemole
  • Shredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the beef with olive oil, salt, pepper flakes, and garlic for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir and mix together. Marinate for 2 hours.

  3. 3

    Cook on a grill or oven on medium heat for 20 minutes or until char marks begin to appear.

  4. 4

    Wrap in tortillas garnished with sour cream, cheese, and guac as desired.

  5. 5
