Ingredients

3-4 glass
  1. 3Babugosha / Indian pears
  2. 1/4 cupfresh mint leaves
  3. 1tspoon black salt
  4. 2tspoon / as needed sugar / honey
  5. 1/2tspoon cumin seeds powder
  6. 1/2tspoon black peper powder
  7. 1/2tspoon lemon juice

    Take Babugosha wash them under running water pet dry them. Don't peel them cut into cubes, remove middle part and seeds.

    Get ready all ingredients. Take a mixi jar add cubes mint leaves salt sugar add little water and make puree. / pulp transfer to bowl.

    Take a strainer and strain the pulp through strainer
    Now add black paper powder lemon juice cumin seeds powder.
    Mix everything together well. Add some ice cubes.

    Serve chilled.
