Cooking Instructions

Lets make stuffing first.
In a pan add oil, asafoetida, mustard and cumin seeds let it splutter well.
Then add chopped chilli curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder a

Add salt,sugar and chat masala for taste,
crushed coriander seeds and chopped coriander and mix this stuffing well. - 3
Mash it well with masher or back of spoon.

Defrost spring roll sheets first before using. Cut it like Patti.
Place some stuffing at the edges of the sheet then roll it tightly. - 5
Apply slurry at the end of edges and secure it well.

Fry it in hot oil till crisp.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
