Ingredients

  1. 3 cupmaida
  2. 1/4 cupcurd
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspsugar
  7. Warm Water
  8. Oil
  9. Filling
  10. 2boiled potatoes
  11. 1 cupgrated paneer
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspchat masala
  15. 1 tspgaram masala
  16. Salt
  17. 1 tspgreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take maida in a bowl add baking powder and soda salt,curd.sugar add warm water.knead to a soft dough.rest for 2hr.make balls and keep aside.

    Grated alu and paneer.add all the masala mix well make ball as required.

    Roll into small puri stuff a ball of panner mixture make a ball.add roll into kulcha

  4. 4

    Heat a tawa,apply water on one side of the kulcha and put it on the tawa it sticks let it cook,turn the tawa upside down and cook on direct flame on the other side.,take out on serving plate and apply butter.you can garnish with sesame and kotmir before putting on tawa.
