Cooking Instructions

In a deep bottom vessel, warm milk and bring to a boil. Now add vinegar -water mixture and make paneer. Separate the whey. Add cold water.

Now another vessel add sugar and water make sugar syrup. Single strand add saffron strands and elaichi powder.

Knead the paneer and make soft round balls

Now add the balls in syrup and cokk covered for 10mts
- 5
Now for milk, warm milk and add puree, boil until slightly thicken
- 6
Now add the paneer balls in milk and mix well. Refrigerate for 15mts.

Serve chilled garnished with pistachio flakes
